Sandor Katz just sent me info about classes that he
is teaching.

title above. He was on Beyond the Measuring Cup radio program in May talking about
fermenting food. We are going to plan a future interview talking about
his second book, The Revolution Will not be Microwaved.
I love to tell people about things as I learn about them and I'm really
excited about the movement to use local food and to preserve it in old
ways that seem new. Sandor is in the forefront of that movement. Check
