Thai Salad Dressing
1 c. water +1 c. sugar
Heat together long enough to dissolve the sugar
2 Thai chili
1 tomato
1/2 c. vinegar
1 head of garlic
1/2 c. cilantro
1/2 t. white pepper
2 T. p-nut butter
Mix all ingredients together in a blender and use as a dressing on your organic mixed greens salad.
You may add nuts or anything else to your salad that you think you would enjoy.
