Marc Sommers is the manager and owner of Parsley’s Catering in Marrietta,GA. Parsley’s can cater anything from 2 people to 2000. They will provide everything and with great flair. There are 12 people on staff in addition to wait staff that have worked with them for years. Marc is inspired by Ellie, his mother who had the business before him. What interested me in the business was the fact that Marc and his Executive chef Scott Sutton have a commitment to using locally and sustainably grown food in the food that they prepare. They are both proud of the professional attitude of the staff and the spotlessly clean and ordered kitchen that they have. Plans for creating a restaurant at their new facility and expanding their abilities to have people come to them to have the events are exciting. Chef Scott is passionate about food and about serving healthy food. His enthusiasm shows as he talks about the amazing food that is available for him to use grown by our local farmers. I’m looking forward to future involvement with Parsley’s.
